About Us
VVSM Group stands for Vision, Value and Skill Matching.
Who we are
VVSM Group is a Swiss-based international firm for recruitment, executive search, talent advisory and business consulting.
We believe the best appointments come from understanding an organisation's direction, the value a person can create, and how their skills fit the work. We prefer fewer, better conversations to volume.
Company details, team and leadership profiles will be added here when ready.
How we work
Human judgement
People make our decisions. We use technology to support our work, not to replace conversation.
Discretion
We treat the information of employers and candidates as confidential.
Plain speaking
We say what we think about a role, a market or a profile, including when it is not what you hoped to hear.
Start a conversation
Tell us what you are working on. We reply personally and treat every enquiry in confidence.
